Inspired by the traditional Indian drink of the same name, Mango Lassi Gose is made with mango, cardamom, sea salt, coconut, vanilla, and lactose.

L: Pale yellow with a hint of green. The one finger head faded instantly.
S: Light sourness. Sweet mango candy and cream.
T: Slightly sour and sweet with lactose. Easy drinker. Big vanilla. I don’t pick up the other spices.
F: Creamy for this lightweight. Drier aftertaste. Mango lassi if that can be made into a thin beer.
O: Not bad at all for the weight. But the concept seems better suited for the thick, rich, and decadent IMO.
