Collaboration with StormBreaker Brewing
This beer was made in collaboration with Stormbreaker and BeerMongers in celebration of BeerMongers 10th anniversary! We each brewed a batch of big ol' juicy DIPA with 5 awesome hops - Citra, Vic Secret, Cashmere, Mosaic, & El Dorado. Just for fun we flipped the order we used the hops at each brewery. See if you can tell the difference!

16oz tallboy can purchased at Community Pint in Spokane, WA, for $4.49. Canning date on the bottom of the can is smeared but seems to say it was canned on September 13 or 23, 2019. Collaboration brewery with Stormbreaker to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Beermongers.
Hazy orange color, with a thin, white head.
Big nose of tropical fruits and grapefruit. I get a whiff of something like vanilla as well.
Fruit-forward in the taste as well. Grapefruity and slightly acidic bitterness comes into play towards the finish, which is lightly dry.
Medium bodied, with a soft, slightly oily mouthfeel.
Very drinkable stuff, with little hint of the high alcohol content. Apparently Stormbreaker, which doesn't make it around here, brews this with the same hops (Cashmere, Citra, Mosaic, Vic Secret and El Dorado-"the Usual Suspects") but in inverted order to Trap Door's version. It would've been an interesting exercise to have them side by side.
