I believe there is more than one variation of this beer but can't confirm so am rating this one and the rating is decent. Another beer I don't remember but it's been a long time since I had it.

16oz can from Boise Co-op. Pale yellow pour, loose foamy head fades. Tropical fruity aroma, light dank notes. Taste is fruity, melon, a bit dry. Just kind of dull all around.

Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. Canned 6/5/23.

Appearance: light golden hue with a light-to-moderate haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam atop. Seems legit!

Smell: a bit sweet, with a little herbal-tropical flavor. Like the last Trap Door IPA I had, there's a bit of a passionfruit aroma going on here in a way that's more "classic IPA" than "tropical juice bomb". I like it, though!

Taste: a bit sweet with a subtly fruity flavor and a moderate bitterness. It reads as a very classic, old-school IPA, but with a bit of a modern fruity twist. It's a solid beer.

Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.

Overall: I am enjoying this beer more and more as I drink it. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a modern IPA, but that's a good thing -- a classic interpretation of the style, skillfully executed.

16 oz. can purchased from Westside Taphouse in Wet Salem OR.
$5
Very traditional looking American IPA. Burnt orange coloured body with a lovely frothy/creamy inch high cream coloured head.
Aromas mainly of floral hops. With some citrus and dank creeping around in the background.
Taste is very well balanced and quite smooth (oats?),,pink grapefruit, lemon drops and strawberry flavors.
Mouth feel is particularly smooth, its as if they had rolled oats in the ingredients..looked at the web site and yes they use rolled oats!
Very good IPA

16oz Can served at the brewery in Vancouver. Pours a light amber color with a nice sized, foamy white head. The retention is great as well. Lacing down the glass as it is consumed.

Aroma is certainly like an IPA. This is a west coast styled IPA with a little east coast sweetness, so the malt comes through in the nose. Hops are citrusy and wonderful.

Well balanced beer for sure, which isn’t what I typically prefer. I like the drier, lightly malty, bitter brute/ true west coast IPAs, but this is a good one. Nice hoo flavor and aroma meet well with the malt backbone.

A welcome reprieve from the over abundance of hazy NEIPAs here. A solid, balanced IPA.
