2023 Washington Beer Awards Silver Medalist.
A golden colored lager with a soft, smooth malt profile that gives away to a mild hoppiness that finishes dry. The malt character carries gentle notes of cracker, honey and nuts complimented by a floral with slight tea and woody characteristic of the hops.

just my third from these guys, seeing more and more of their stuff in the bars around here, good for them. this is solid if not amazing, european character in a clean lager, a fine sushi beer and cleverly branded. not crazy light, but well refined, honey colored and clear from the tap, some fade on the inch plus of what head that was likely there earlier by the time it got to my table, but its still a pretty beer, nice carbonation. the aroma has a nice bready and hearty malt profile, honey, graham cracker, that sort of thing, a little crumbly biscuit and toast, warm but not sweet. the hops are herbal and seem noble, not spicy or anything, light citrus, green tea, and clover, simple and fresh to me, and that is true in the flavor as well, nice balance, to me kind of german overall, dortmunder or helles like more than the typical vienna, it lacks both the color and the richness on the palate i usually associate with a vienna lager, but its still has some soul and some body which is nice, and there is increasing hop bitterness as it warms a little. does well with fresh fish and salty things, and does run a little longer overall than the typical pale lager. some nice nuance and flow to this, easy drinking but not too light for cold weather, tidy and good.

16oz can at Here's How. Light amber pour, clear, small foamy ring. Malty aroma, caramel. Taste is bready, toasty, malty, toffee with a bit of a dry finish.
