Fog Cutter IPA

This Hazy IPA is a collaboration between us and our friends at Here Today Brewery in Seattle, WA. It's inspired by our mutual love of tropical cocktails. We set out to make the tropical cocktail called the Fog Cutter in beer form. It's a citrus forward drink with some creamy notes of orgeat and juniper from the gin. We think our beer recreation tastes like a lemon creamsicle, so dreamy!

To recreate this cocktail in a beer, we added tangerine puree, lemon zest, juniper berries, and vanilla beans.
