We sourced a Mediterranean Pilsner malt for a subtle malt sweetness and balanced it with the spicy, sweet character of Saphir hops with a nice floral and herbal character of Hersbrucker. Late hop additions in the whirlpool and dry hopped, creates a crisp, drinkable Pilsner with a pleasant citrusy, floral and spice aroma.

Another Italian Pilsner, whatever that may mean. In any case it's light, dry, and rather bitter. The nose is interesting, something flowery with straw. Slight green bean and vegetable broth taste. Overall this is promising with a couple of sips but descends into some astringency and mineral finish. The malty bit of pleasure and then the unpleasant aftertaste. On the plus side it has a pleasant mouthfeel. From the 16 oz can purchased at Town & Country market in Shoreline. No apparent date.
