This West Coast IPA is a blend of old and new. We used all the classic "C" hops for pine and citrus flavors but brewed it with modern techniques to make it crisp and drinkable.

Clear golden amber with minimal foam in chalice. Aromatic with lemon peel, orange, and even more fruit. Massive flavors of citrus and pine and malt. Just slightly sweet and plenty alcohol tasting. Quite bitter and seriously overhopped, but not with the grapefruit astringency, at least. Bitter fruit, like some new kind of marmalade. Still, it's sippable but will be better employed to hop up the light lager from Okinawa. From the 16 oz can purchased at Town & Country Market in Shoreline. No apparent date.
