On tap at the Big River Grill in Stevenson.
A clear straw yellow with a dense, white head with good retention and lacing, this looks solid. The nose is great. A cleanly fermented beer with a touch of light honeyed toast, a little bit of an earthy and lemony hop character and a wonderful Munich malt character, this is really good! The palate too - so clean! Delicately doughy with soft honey, Munich malt, cotton candy and a little bit of lemon tempered by an earthy bitterness, this is pretty spot on. Light in body, crisp but softly carbonated. Delicate, wonderful and refreshing.
