It's as black as infinite space, but Bakeoven drinks light and crisp like the German schwarzbier style it represents. Delicate malt roasty-ness with a touch of cacao and graham cracker.

Pours a dark brown color with a lasting cream tan head. Aroma is light roast malt and a hint of chocolate. The finish is bittersweet chocolate. Nice well-rounded Black larger.40 IBUs Rated 7-29-2023
