Complex burst of flavor in this classic strong German ale. This bock pours deep copper with a creamy dense head that lace down to the last swig. Boasting an incredible menagerie of banana and clove physically assaults your olfactory senses. Compounded by a big, sweet caramel body and a smooth mouth feel.

Had this Beer at the Portland Holiday Beer Fest. Pour a darker amber color with a medium head that stays for a while. On the aroma you notice the spices and wheat malt. This beer doesn't taste like an 8%. It has a light mouthfeel and body which are both kind of creamy. Really good for the style. 30 IBUs Rated 12-8-2024
