Poured from a 12-oz bottle. Nice to be drinking local while in the Yucatan, but this is not particularly a standout. Pale golden-brown, with a thin layer of head that dissipates quickly. Modest Belgian esters on the nose and on the palate--clove, banana, wheat, and yeast roll--but otherwise a fairly bland affair. Moderately full body for a 6.5% ABV Belgian.
