Quaffed from a very cold bottle while sitting on the beach in Progreso Mexico. Was the only 'craft' beer on the menu @ Eladio's so had to give it a taste. Paired well with the food but at twice the cost of negra Modelo or any other Mexican beer available only drank one. A serviceable lager but completely generic in flavor.

Bottled 12/28/19, enjoyed in Mexico
Pours a light fizzy foamy large head with low retention, very little lacing, semi hazy like golden tan color

Nose is more sour infection, lacto sour funky bready doughy yeast, funk and acidity, fruity

Taste is yeasty funky infection again, not quite as bad but def bad, little sour, lacto funk, skunky even somehow, slimy diacetyl finish but also astringent thanks to bacteria thing to town in the bottle

Mouth is med to light bod, loads of over carbonation, slimy diacetyl and astringent

Overall this was terrible, too bad about their infections and inconsistency as I feel like they could make some decent beers if they could solve those issues
