The pour is transparent golden in color with the closest to pure white head I think I’ve ever seen.
The taste is bananas and bubble gum and grassy herbs. For that to be a definition of a beer is very strange, but as the name implies, long, strange trip.
The feel is a step above crisp, just enough body to carry the flavors and no more.
OA, probably not the best triple out there, but for a local brewery, not bad at all.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 6/29/2020. Pours slightly hazy pale golden yellow color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Dense foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas and flavors of big lemon, peach, pear, apricot, melon, red apple, peppercorn, banana, bubblegum, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, wood, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate herbal, woody, grassy bitterness; and peppery yeast spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, peach, pear, apricot, melon, red apple, peppercorn, banana, bubblegum, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, herbal, wood, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a moderate amount of time. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, earthy hops, and bready malt notes; with an awesome malt/bitter/spiciness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitter/spiciness. Medium-plus carbonation and body; with a very smooth, and moderately creamy/bready/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Mild increasing warmth of 9..9% after the finish. Overall this is an awesome tripel. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, earthy hops, and bready malt flavors; very smooth, dangerous, and fairly crisp/refreshing to drink for the ABV, with the modestly bitter/spicy/drying finish. Awesome complexity and balance of Belgian yeast, clean malts, and noble hops. Mild residual sweetness with crisp bitter/spicy dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and very traditional tasting style example. Loved it.

Pour is golden and clear, with a stream or two of bubbles. Thin layer of head. Aroma of spice, bubblegum, slight candy banana. Flavor follows through, with a dry, prickly feel. Flavors are pretty spot on for style, but somewhat muted.
