Growlette from Henry. This was poured into a tulip. The appearance was a milky copper color with a thin finger’s worth of semi-white foamy head that slid off at a mild pace. The aroma had some passionfruit blending with some citrusy juicy tones and some super sweet grassy hop qualities. Light resin fairly far underneath. The flavor started sweet through the prior mentioned aromas leaving a slight bitter to juicy aftertaste rolling into a bitter crisp finish. The feel was about medium bodied with a pummeling effect on my tongue. What’s the IBU’s in this thing? Henry didn’t know, he forgot to ask 30 Mile and it didn’t show up on the tag. Carbonation seemed decent. ABV felt fine. Overall, seemed a bit of a palate wrecker after the "bitterness" coming about and slaying my tongue. Wooooooeeeee, this one’s a doozy. If I looked up "bitter DIPA" in Webster’s, pretty sure they might have a picture of this thing.

Juicy. There I said the "J" word and I am slightly ashamed, but it really applies here.
Poured to a nonic from a growler filled yesterday (release day).
Look- Mildly dark gold slight haze, low head.
Aroma is phenomenal, certainly the standout quality of this beer. Like passion fruit juice with not a hint of alcohol.
Sweet start, dry finish. Sweetness comes back after the IBUs have finished beating up your tongue.
I think the feel could use more carbonation for all the flavor here, but maybe that's the 24 hour growler sit.
Overall, the best beer yet from these guys. Their beers have been a little bit of a roller coaster ride with me (understandable for a startup), but this one is top of their game right now.
