Our golden barleywine aged for 30 months in a cognac barrel. Golden raisin, toffee, slight almond, vanilla, candied orange, and a touch of leather. Drink now or age in a cold dark space.

500ML bottle
Served in a snifter
2023
This beer pours a brilliant, deep copper hue and is topped with a fleeting tan head that leaves no trace.
I smell dates and figs, orange marmalade, and I get a nutty aroma.
Figs and dates in the taste with an orange marmalade flavor. Sweet yet earthy.
Medium bodied with a silky smooth mouthfeel
Beautifully executed cognac aged barleywine. Amazing stuff. I just wish I had purchased another bottle.
