Served in a snifter
This beer pours a deep, brown hue with garnet highlights when held to a light. It is topped with an inch of tan head that leaves no trace.
Great maple aroma. Vanilla and chocolate notes. Desserty aromas
Sweet maple flavor upfront. Vanilla and oak. Hints of chocolate.
Medium bodied with a syrupy mouthfeel
This is a pretty darn good dopplebock. I have had 2 beers from this brewery and both were great.
