We are excited to finally be releasing Jon Miller’s tasty, tasty kolsch! Jon was the second participant to complete our Spare Keys Incubator Program, and his recipe for this beer was what earned him his spot. Over the course of 12 weeks, Jon was here at the brewery every moment possible, helping clean, brew, beertend and more. Jon led the brew day for his much-loved Flitterwochen Kolsch, which our head brewer John helped scale up for commercial production.

Taste: Tangy, citrus, wheat crackers, several hops, airy mouthfeel to finish. Mild grain malt nose.Pale gold hue, crystal clear, with refined head and nice lattice to lace. medium body.
