Woodgrain Brewing Cocobolo Whiskey Barrel Imperial Milk Stout, 11.2% ABV, low IBU. From a grumbler. Pours black, medium viscosity, no head, almost no lacing. Nose is whiskey, malt, milk. Taste follows with whiskey up front, some peppers, milk sweetness, vanilla, almost no bitterness. Light carbonation, decent mouthfeel. Overall excellent. Woodgrain is a local brewery and this is a new offering, perhaps a one-off. Besides the grumbler, I also bagged a bomber. I'm liking this, a bit like Prairie BA BOMB which I recently tried.
