The second half of the next Jason vs. Steve IPA contest. This will be Steve's entry in this epic battle. Light, clean, and hazy, this beer will utilize the same hops as Jason's DOWN UNDER IPA, but in different proportions and different additions. These beers will be a study in how hops work differently when utilized in different ways.
