Just when it feels like we've run out of ideas for our next Gose or Berliner, we stumble into something amazing. Faced with 85+ leftover limes from the Kolsch, Steve looked at Jason and said "You know what goes good with lime...salt." And boy does it ever. You'll swear you're on a beach in Mexico the way this beer goes down.
