5 oz pour, my sample is 6.6% ABV.
Slick black body with a creamy head of 1/2 finger.
My goodness. Aromas of HUGE maple, coffee, and bacon. This is world-class.
Flavor starts with stabbing black pepper coffee, but fades away to sweeter flavors of maple, brown sugar, and very faint bacon. The peppery coffee continues through to the finish, with grassy/piney bite.
Feel is slick, perfect for this beer, with a medium body and creaminess, slight prickly carbonation, oily, dry, roasty finish.
Overall, way impressed over here. This was the best beer of the flight and that nose, yeah that's top shelf. Could do without the peppery-ness of the coffee but in a bourbon barrel this beer would kill. I understand this is made once a year but do it guys, seriously.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
