A New England-style IPA brewed with Azacca and El Dorado hops, then conditioned on freshly roasted cinnamon and sugar pineapple from our friends at Carnaval Brazilian Grill.

Served at Carnaval in Sioux Falls, it goes well with the Gaucho provided meats from their menu. Very fruity, has a much fuller taste than most IPA’s. Delicious with very little aftertaste!

Pours super hazy with a fluffy white head.
It’s a super juicy NEIPA, Tons of pineapple on this one. It’s big and juicy with a big creamy mouthfeel. Not my favorite in the style, I think the fruit addition was overkill, but it was very good.
