Inspired by a shared love of traditional, dank, piney, resinous IIPAs and the resonating music of Pearl Jam. A collaboration between Jason and beertender Tom. We dropped 50 gallons of this hoppy treat into a gin barrel for 6 months then dry hopped it with Cascade and Chinook hops in the brite tank.

On-tap at WoodGrain Brewing Co., Sioux Falls, SD
A: The beer is black when viewed from afar and has traces of dark reddish brown in the sides when it is held up to a light. It poured with a short off white head around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of gin and associated juniper berries are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has lots of juniper berries along with notes of dark malts.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer does a very nice job at incorporating the gin into the taste without hardly being overpowering.
Serving type: on-tap
