Another of our single hop pale ale series, Erwin's Pale Ale features the Hop Breeding Company's Mosaic hop which is of Simcoe parentage.

Listed as Erwins Mosaic Pale at the brewery a couple days ago. Served in Willi Becher pint. Poured a clean, clear light gold color with just a thin cap of white head that had low retention and lacing.
The aroma had a low malt base, but the Mosaic hops were very bright. fairly similar on the tongue, with a bit more of a grain base showing through.
The body was a fairly typical medium-light, with a semi-dry finish. Drinkability was good, I'd have it again. Overall, a solid version of the style, worth a shot if you see it.
