The next installment of our State Street Series highlighting some of our amazing neighbor businesses here in town, this is the culmination of a really fun collaboration between our friends at Jeff’s Texas Style BBQ and the Greater Everett Brewers League Homebrew Club. We wanted to brew a crisp, clean and accessible IPA that drinks easy, bright and without a lot of added bitterness. Coming in at a reasonable 6.3%, this delicious treat is full of Mosaic, Amarillo and CTZ hop flavor and aroma that finishes dry without that aggressive bitter bite of many IPAs.
