I visited 210 Brewing Company the other day while up in Arlington visiting a friend. Thanks to many trips to Vegas, I am no stranger to casino breweries, and this one more or less fit the mold.
When I visited, they had 12 of their beers on tap. Golden, red, porter, stout, a couple IPAs. I had the Pinsplitter NE IPA, the Belgian-inspired blonde, and the Diablo Red, a "British style red ale". The first two were merely okay, but I found myself rather liking the red; bready and malty, like an altbier perhaps.
Fermenters are right behind the bar, which is cool. You can see the batch number and date and everything - I dig it. There's definitely a casino vibe here, but this is a real honest to god brewery. Lots of TVs and stuff but mostly a pretty typical bar/brewery setting.
Service up at the bar is quick and friendly I had a BLT which was a little unconventional but perfectly cromulent. It's certainly not the worst brewery-in-a-casino that I've been to!
