Cloudy, golden yellow appearance. Very slight sweetness to the aroma. Full mouth feel thanks to the perfect amount of carbonation. The flavor is a little monotone, but finishes with the right amount of pepper bite.

Smells like spices. Peppery. Coriander maybe? Or is that the lemongrass. Grassy, sweet, smells sweet. No foam. Kind of flat carbonation wise. Not bitter but has alcoholic bite. Unique flavored beer.

Rich orange/amber color with a thick and pillowy white head.
Smell is sweet and peppery. Bright citrus candy scents along with melon and sweet tropical fruit.
Taste is fairly bright and fruity. Heavy herbal notes reminiscent of green and yellow southeast asian curries. Ginger, lemon grass, bay leaf. Some astringent notes and a low base note of pepper.
Feel is light and crisp but a little watery. Pleasant for a hot summer day but not world class.
Overall this is not a bad beer and people who enjoy wheat beers, especially spiced wheat beers, may find this quite delightful. For me it is a bit of an odd flavor on it's own, although I could see it pairing well with the right spicy foods. It is definitely unique in my experience.
