Introducing our Two Face Double IPA, The Booth's first DIPA duo. Two Face West DIPA, also dubbed "Boothman the Eternal", is the West Coast style version of Two Face.
West Coast Double IPA pouring a bright golden straw with a brilliant white head. Echoing themes of the Pacific Northwest itself, this DIPA features strong pine and resinous flavors up front, and gives way to complex floral and citrus notes. A bitter finish reminds you this is a double IPA!
Which Boothman wins your taste buds, the Eternal or the Terminal?

Canned 1/31/19, consumed 2/21/19
Pours crystal clear amber, minimal head, decent retention and spotty lacing.
Good fruity, hoppy aroma. Taste is a bit sweet. Feel is light for a DIPA, solid and a bit lasting bitterness.
Overall, better than the NEIPA Two Face, but I was a bit disappointed with both of them. Both were pretty much average.

Pours a nice amber/gold, moderate head with good retention.
Smell pops as soon as you open the can, bright with passion fruit, pineapple, orange and other tropical aromas
Taste is sweet citrus with notes of more savory tropical fruits and a little lemon peel bite. Very pleasant, not really malty at all and no detectable alcohol.
Mouthfeel is decent but a little thin for the style. Definitely better than being some syrup monster but it could definitely use a little more body.
Overall this is a really nice DIPA, well balanced, very drinkable, definitely modern fruity hop forward.

Appearance: Nice white lacing, minimal head retention. An opaque golden honey color.
Nose: Very bright green and dank hops, fresh ground mustard seed, with a hint of sage and thyme.
Taste: Crisp and slightly dry mouthfeel, juniper and copper. Clean with a medicinal finish. Some very nicely balanced malt in the middle.
