Pours an ultra pale straw/golden/yellow, very hazy, very active white head that dissipates quickly.
Smell explodes as you pour, very rich guava and passion fruit, sweet and lightly musty, candied.
Taste is surprisingly bitter, heavy lemon notes, more tropical fruit sweetness present in the back. the sweetness and sour citrus notes don't mesh as well as they could but it's a pretty nice flavor.
Mouthfeel is a little thin, I think it would benefit a lot from a bigger body. Very crisp.
Overall this beer has an amazing aroma and a solid but not quite cohesive flavor. It's a fairly uncommon flavor profile for a pale and definitely has what it will need to appeal to fans of lighter saisons and even things like radler. Very crisp, and kind of reminds me of some of the bruts I've tried. Worth a try
