Strong pine and citrus combo. Hazy with west coast style hop and pine notes. Good look and carb and feel. Rich but not too rich that it’s over juicy.

Pours a hazy light yellow/straw, like pineapple juice, with a thin white head that dissipates quickly.
Smell is sweet and danky. Some pineapple notes, some candied orange peel, and candied ginger. Nicely aromatic.
Taste is pineapple and pine needle on the front end. Some of the subtle dank notes from the nose come through across the middle. And the tail end finishes with a general herbal bitterness.
Mouthfeel is soft and light. Bitter finish of the taste translates to a scraped clean palate feel.
Overall this is a pleasant beer, I wasn't sure how I felt about simcoe hops but if this is a fair representation of them than I would consider myself a fan. Nice mix of tropical fruit and resinous dankness.
