Pours a lovely golden yellow with a slight haze and thin, big bubbled white head.
Smell is green apple, lime peel, green melon and strawberry. Not as bright or aromatic as many beers but a pleasant and unique aroma.
Taste follows the smell to some extent with melon and yellow apple flavors alongside some sharp citrus pith-y bitterness. Some more subtle berry like flavors are in the background but the citrus bitterness rises on the palate with every sip.
Mouthfeel is a bit thin and a bit sharp.
Overall this is another nice edition to the series but not my favorite. Interesting potential in this hop for sure though. Will definitely look for it in hop blends in the future.
