August 12th, 2016 - Backing away from the darker beers, I move back to the Pale Ale, which extends the stinky theme. This time I catch whiffs of camembert, and a soft, fermented and acquired aroma. The flavor leans more towards Angel food cake notes, though the funk returns in the long aftertaste, with some tastes familiar from fondue nights.
