September 23rd, 2016 - Bear Republic's Lost in Translation offers just the perfect kiss of citrus to say adieu to summer as it smolders to something cooler here at the end of September. A brighter color, the aroma offers a toasty, clear and biscuity aroma that stimulates my appetite for something bready and crusty. The flavor is also light and lovely with more of that fresh toasty note. The palate is fluffy, too, though it has some claws with some acid.
