We’re not bitter about taking part in the revival of this traditional sour German beer style, once the most popular in Berlin— hence its name. To make it our own, we’re offering different fruit variations throughout the year.

My first impression of the beer was very high.
A thick gold color, when held to light one can make out swirls of different liquids, almost as if components of the drink have separated. I find the appearance to be elegant.
As far as taste goes: beginning of the taste is superb, but the slight vinegar aftertaste can be slightly off-putting.
All in all, a really good beer.

A: Moderately light peach aroma, coupled with a sharp and slight vinegary sourness.
A: Deep orange color, hazy, with a rocky uneven head that quickly forms a film across the glass.
T: Moderate white peach flesh flavor upfront, followed by a sharp sourness with a slight vinegar character.
M: Medium-light bodied with moderately high carbonation.
O: Alright; the beer has a solid peach aroma and flavor, however the beer could be even better if the sourness was cleaner and had less acidic, vinegar qualities.
