A: Strong pink guava aroma, followed by a moderately sharp lacto sourness.
A: Bright pink, opaque, with a very thin white head that dissipates quickly.
T: Fairly strong pink guava flavor upfront, leads to a pretty clean lightly sharp lingering lacto sourness with a very faintly bready note.
M: Light bodied with moderately high carbonation. Quite refreshing.
O: Excellent; the beer is super refreshing, very easy to drink and the pink guava compliments the lacto sourness well.
