August 6th, 2016 - The Sourweizen's aroma has a generic tang and sourness, which straightforwardly previews the beer, which, while sour, is still mild. Not like a the pungent sours I'm used to, but that might be from some part of the aging/no-ageing process. While mellow, it allows more fruit to show up, mostly apricot and stone fruits.
