Gold with small head.
This is a good restrained Belgian single, with the yeast and spice levels not too overpowering as is the trend with some American attempts at Belgians.
There is light fruit on the nose and palate, nothing out of the ordinary here, everything in its right place. This is saying something, for a young, new brewer focused on aging and cultures.
