This beer is our take on the German Pilsner style. It’s slightly more flavorful and hop forward than our Harold’s lager. Our exclusive “St Pete Style” fermenting and lagering process makes this beer smooth and sessionable, but never boring.

Pours a clear light golden color with a fresh white head. Smell is floral, earthy, grainy with cracker bread. Taste herbal floral with grassy herbal noted lemongrass and baked bread. A crisp mouth feel with nice herbal hops.

Clear, golden yellow body; excellent carbonation; thick and creamy head, white and lasting; fine legs of lacing streak the glass. Soft cracker aroma teased with some herbal hop smell; warm bread. The taste reinforces the smell; more biscuit in the malt; delicate sweetness; light hop bitterness; clean; mild herbal hop flavoring. Medium-light body; faint warmth permeates the beer; crisp.
This is an awesome pilsner. I love the name. Well-balanced and amply complex for a pilsner. It's quite enjoyable.

12 oz can, fresh from the brewery
Pour light and near clear
Light bready nose
Light is the key word here...sweet and again bread notes coming to mind...might work on a hot day or on a boat

No head retention. The mouthfeel is off. I like the hazy unfiltered gold color.
Maybe just some foam stability and few water adjustments would dial this one in perfectly. Overall, it needs work.
