Bottle in Vilnius:
Best before 22/10/2016.
No head. Body is a dull hazy copper. Dirty looking and obviously unfiltered.
Aroma of pale malts and boozy fruit....completely inappropriate for a tripel.
Taste matches the aroma. Boozy, dull, vaguely fruity, muted, shallow, reticent. Imbalanced, poorly built, dirty.
Mouthfeel is also dirty and somewhat stale. Overcarbonated, boozy, hot, gushed. Full-bodied.
Hard to drink given its booziness. A poor attempt at a tripel, missing almost every interesting element of a good tripel. This is a huge miss...strong Avoid.
