Pours a dark amber with fine head.
Smell is bready with big notes of rye, knäckebröd and just a hint of florals and citrus.
Taste is bready with distinct rye notes, and hints of knäckebröd, florals and sweetness. Moderate bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice rye beer, well balanced.
