Copenhagen 7/10 2022. 33 cl bottle from BulgarskMad, Ã…boulevarden, Kbh. N. Colorful label in shades of deep red which seems form the number 31.
Pours opaque dark brown with a big beige head. Stable and creamy. Settles as several centimeters thick crown of foam obscuring the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing. Pretty neat.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with lightly tart berries. Dark roasted malts, toffee and a bit of bitter chocolate. Tart cherries.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, creamy yet lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is tart with pleasant sweet undertone- Lingers for a while. Finish is creamy and semi-dry.
Smooth berry Stout combining the tart and the sweet.
