Appearance: Semi-hazy, mahogany colored brew with unperceived effervescence, no head and no lacing.
Aroma: Medium-light intensity. Aromas consist of grain, caramel, coffee and a little bacon. Theres also sharp medicinal and cardboard like off-aromatics.
Taste: Medium-light impact. Theres coffee and some bacon highlights and some off-putting adjuncty, cardboard flavors.
Palate: Medium body. Low carbonation. Low bitterness. Slight unpleasant and off-place acridness. Cloying body and chewy finish.
Overall: Lacks complexity, ageing potential, structure, boldness and even makes light of the guidelines.
