Cask. Medium straw colour. Slight haze. Frothy but diminishing head.
Aroma of wet mown grass. Some sweetness in the smell.
Tastes of straw and light citrus fruit.
Good cask conditioned feel.
Easy to drink.
Can - lighter in colour, but otherwise similar.

A 330ml can with a BB of April 2018. Purchased a little while back from Bison Beer in Brighton. The label describes it as a classic APA brewed with pale malts and US hop varieties.
A: Poured into a tulip. Can-conditioned. A hazy amber hue with fine suspended sediment and intense carbonation. Yields a large head of creamy white foam that lasts for a while before slowly reducing to a persistent surface layer. Slight lacing.
S: Aroma of fruity hops with hints of papaya, mild lychee, subtle tropical fruit, floral notes, hay, faint leafiness, earthy yeast, pale malt and light grain. Understated and nicely balanced.
T: Tastes of subtle fruity hops with notes of papaya, guava, mild tropical fruit, floral hints, honey, hay, leafiness, earthy yeast, pale malt and faint grain. Very dry, followed by a delicate bitterness upon swallowing.
M: Mouthfeel is smooth, tingly and dry, with spritzy carbonation and good body. Somewhat astringent; dries the palate. Aftertaste of fruity aromatic hops, mild tropical fruits, earthy yeast and pale malt.
O: Pretty good, with an unusual flavour profile from the hops. Looks great, while the aroma and flavour are fruity and earthy with a subtle malt backbone. Nice body. Goes down easily enough; worth sampling if you come across it.
