330 ml can, from Seven Cellars. ABV is 4.1%. Black colour, large tan head. Aroma of roast malts, coffee and dark chocolate, hints of lactose. Light bodied as expected. Refreshing flavour with a slight fruitiness, otherwise the same elements as in the aroma, not too sweet. Moderate hops.

On tap at Craft Beer Co, London. Poured an opaque, jet-black color with a small, light brown head of foam. It smelled of creamy milk, chocolate and toffee. Sweet cream and chocolate taste with mild bitterness.

Cask. Almost black. Quite a dense tan head.
Roasted malt aroma. Some chocolate and anise discerned.
Taste is the same as the aroma. Lactose sweetness present.
Excellent conditioning. Quite smooth.
