Accurate styles in brewing in all the old world German Euro types. Phenomenal level to detail. Flavor is on point. All items pair well with all foods nicely. Amazing friendly family like staff at this location, a must for any local, traveler / tourist alike. Visit The "New Paltz Brewing" tapoom facility; You will not be disappointed.

Interesting little free-standing roadside stop, looks like it was once a ice cream or burger place. L-shaped bar seats about 8 and there are a few wire-spool tables in main room. There is also a side lounge and an outdoor area with beer garden picnic tables. Five beers on tap, all really crisp and fresh, and all German styles. BYOB food. Enthusiastic and engaging brewer made the stop memorable. And although this place is a bit off the beaten track, well worth the trek.
