Sampled in a 6 oz taster at the Wa State Summer Brewfest.
According to the brewery this beer is a revision of their standard Munich Helles beer and is designed to age for approximately 6 months in the keg.
Beer pours a pale yellow with a good clean visual quality and just a touch of haze. Head is white and tight.
Aroma is of sweet corn with honey and bready yeasty aroma in the finishing aroma.
Flavor mirrors the aroma with all three dominant character reappearing in the taste. The beer has a very smooth and easy finish due to the lagering.
