On tap at Pillager's Pub (Home of Baron Brewing/Three Skulls) in Seattle, WA. August 27th, 2011. Served in a straight pint glass.
The bartender referred to this a being a witbier that's like a sour. He wasn't really wanting to classify it as one or the other. However, I think that sour/American Wild Ale is a much better classification.
A: The beer poured a slightly hazy orange yellow color with a very small cap of white foam on top. There was pretty light lacing hanging around the sides of the glass.
S: There's a great aroma of tangy citrus fruits with some wheat, acetic acid and vinegar.
T: Upon drinking, you can tell that there is wheat in the beer, but it is greatly overpowered by the super sharp, super sour tangerine and orange flavors. It's like 95% sour, 5% witbier.
M: The body of beer is like a hybrid of a witbier and champagne. Very light and refreshing with crazy fizzy carbonation and an extremely dry mouth feel.
O: Of the four people I was at Pillager's with today, I was the only one that seemed to enjoy more than a sip of this. Two of them said it was good in small doses, while the other person outright told me it wasn't even a beer. Thanks, Dad. Regardless, I really enjoyed the Citrus Wheat. This is a super pungent and sour beer with great tangerine flavor and a wonderful mouth feel. It's very interesting and definitely worth trying if sours are your thing. As far as I know, it's only available on tap at Pillager's Pub (and $1 for a pint on Tuesdays!).

I wasn't sure whether to list this as a sour or as a wheat, adjust if needed. Served in bubble pint glass. Poured a cloudy orange-yellow color with just a thin cap of white head that quickly dissipated and left very light lacing.
The aroma had a nice tangy, citrusy sour presence with a nice amount of earthy wheat in the background to play off. On the tongue, the wheat showed up but was quickly overpowered by the sharp sour-citrus flavors.
The body was fairly typical for a wheat, medium, smooth and clean. Drinkability was good, depending on your taste for sours. Overall, a good, interesting beer. I'm going to have a few more while it's still around. I suggest you do the same.
