I had this beer on-tap at the brewery in a nonic glass.
Appearance: light brown hue with a bit of haze with a finger of tan foam that leaves a nice lace on the glass.
Smell: bright and citrusy hop aroma on top of a lightly toasty and caramelly malt base. It’s promising!
Taste: caramelly malt with kind of a lemongrass-forward hop character and a moderate bitterness. Not bad.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: not too bad - a decent example of the style; pretty drinkable without being too bitter or messy.
