I had this beer on-tap at the brewery in a nonic glass.
Appearance: pale straw hue with a dash of haze and a finger of ivory foam atop.
Smell: light malt with a bit of astringency and a little yeastiness. It’s alright but could be cleaner, or smoother, or something.
Taste: sweetish malt with a light noble hop character and a moderate yeastiness. Bitterness is relatively high. Not too bad.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: pretty good pilsner, although maybe a little rough around the edges.
