Clear red-brown color with plenty of foam. Malty aroma with roasted grain and pine. Light body and pleasantly fizzy. Starts out unaccountably bitter. It's like a Red IPA and more like chewing on the bitter end of the organic arugula. A couple of sips is all I can take. Seems well enough made, just over hopped and over bitter instead of dark roasted malt flavors. On tap at the brewery.
